She most recently worked with the Hagemann Family Office, following a distinguished career in local and state government in Southeast Florida. Her previous roles include Assistant Town Administrator in Davie, Finance Director in Plantation, and Chief of Staff to former Florida State Senator Ron Klein. In these positions, Kristi oversaw major initiatives and managed multi-million dollar construction projects from planning through completion.

Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida, along with a master’s in Speech and Corporate Communications and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

In addition to her executive and public sector experience, Kristi currently teaches public speaking courses at Palm Beach State College and has spent over 20 years in higher education, guiding students in communication and government studies.

A lifelong fan of classic Corvettes (CorvetteKitykatk) and American muscle cars, Kristi has worked on multiple restoration projects—including rebuilding two Cudas, one alongside Cuda Bill—and continues to enjoy hands-on work with vintage vehicles and repair projects.

Earlier in her career, she also served as Executive Assistant to the Boards at the Tampa Museum of Art.
